As we continue to scale, we are expanding our Brand team and are in search of a Brand Specialist who will provide direct support to our existing two Brand Managers. You will help execute the delivery of category specific strategies and corresponding annual activation plans developed by the Brand Managers.
We can teach you everything you’ll want to know and more about socks. What we want is a productive, detail-oriented team player with an innate curiosity about brand who brings energy and a sense of humor to our fast-paced department.
Market research to support category strategies utilizing internal and external data sources
Track and execute all plan deliverables on time and on budget for category specific campaigns, sponsorship, media buys, events, trade-shows and athlete relationships
Compile creative briefs and deliver to Creative team
Route jobs through various points of approval
Track and manage monthly budgets and ROI for strategic category initiatives
Serve as liaison to and partner with Events team on category specific events and trade-shows including logistics (packing, loading, set up), promo idealization and ordering of project needs
Complete development and distribution of retailer support materials
Partner with Product and PR teams for production and fulfillment of media seeding kits
Athlete and Influencer support – manage and order product for seeding and giveaways
Support category-specific digital and social campaigns in conjunction with E-Commerce and Social teams
Summarize, communicate and distribute notes immediately following meetings
Communicate across multiple departments at multiple levels – project management, challenges encountered, recommend solutions, identify improvement opportunities
Special projects as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field with 2-3 years of Brand, Marketing or Product Management experience
Sound prioritization, organization, and planning skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
Ability to work cohesively with a team as well as the ability to work alone
Interest in an active lifestyle
Highly responsible and reliable; able to manage confidential information
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
