We are hiring as eCommerce Program Manager who will manage and execute Hydro Flask’s ecommerce and digital performance marketing plans in North America. This person will also provide global management support to grow the Hydro Flask direct-to-consumer eCommerce business to an industry leading level and help make Hydro Flask a great ad lasting lifestyle brand
What will I be doing?
Manage relationships with development partners for all feature builds and content deployments
Management of website roadmap and priorities to achieve business objectives
Website catalog maintenance and management
Email marketing and eCommerce calendar management
Responsible for management of monthly email dashboard reporting
Ownership over lifecycle automations: strategy, planning, execution, testing and reporting
Build strategy for and execute industry leading loyalty program
Maintain a relationship with agency and vendor partner
Traffic, Revenue and P&L management of website channels
Execution and management of integrated marketing plans via owned website channels
Identify and establish additional traffic and revenue channels
Cross-functional planning/execution with marketing and product teams via Hydro Flask website and performance marketing channels to achieve business objectives
Budget planning and regular reconciliation
Purchase request/purchase order accountability for all vendors
What are the requirements for consideration?
5+ years of eCommerce and/or digital marketing experience
2+ years working with premium consumer goods, outdoor/active lifestyle, action sports or natural foods brands.
Bachelor’s Degree or other 4-year Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
Knowledge of standard technical requirements and best practices surrounding an eCommerce business
Project management experience with a strong detail orientation competency exhibited in previous roles
Strong digital performance marketing background; able to drive profitable traffic from a variety of web channels
Proficient with ecommerce platforms/systems/Technology; Magento, Tag Management, Google Analytics, Feed Management, Email Service Providers, etc.
Proficient with analytics and data; has the ability to communicate using data (web analytics, business analytics, database insights, etc.)
