We are looking for a Service Center Supervisor who will be repsponsible for day to day direction and coordination of activities of BD's service center and staff. You will provide service, support, and repair of companys products for customers. You will direct and coordinate staff involved in a combination of activities such as customer relations, sales support, warranty claims, customer returns and exchanges, expediting service and repairs. You and your team will respond to customer inquiries, status of orders, service, and repairs, interface with customers to resolve warranty issues, conduct new employee training and ongoing follow-up trainings/mentorship in product knowledge, technical skills, and superior customer service.

Four plus years of experience in customer service and 2-4 years experience leading a team in a customer service center is requried, and experience in ski/outdoor repairs. Must be able to operate relevant repair equipment and tools. Must be articulate, friendly, and courteous towards all customers. Must have excellent customer relation skills, especially the ability to deal pleasantly and efficiently with conflict. Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
