Oversee the coordination and creation of all SCARPA North America’s visual marketing efforts to provide consistent brand messaging. Serve as lead graphic designer and support marketing efforts by coordinating and executing the delivery of marketing and sales collateral, promotional materials, tradeshow logistics, and website management. Provide art direction and logistic support to external partners such as photographers, printers, and website management teams.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Marketing Manager and sales team to identify marketing and sales support needs then oversee the coordination of all approved projects. Ensure that all projects are kept on budget and are delivered in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized and easy-to-navigate library of all internal and external marketing assets.
Establish and maintain relationships with printers and outside vendors and perform routine cost and performance audits.
Create and adhere to all advertising and promotional calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage seasonal photo shoots by briefing projects and managing contracts and with contracted photographers. Ensure that photographic needs are met in a timely, cost effective, and brand consistent manner.
Coordinate trade show logistics by working with Marketing Manager and external vendors to ensure all needs are met.
Graphic Design/Art Direction:
Design and produce all sales collateral and promotional sales tools, including seasonal workbooks, e-blasts, product comparison charts, etc.
Ensure that all SNA visual assets meet brand goals and convey the brand image properly.
Maintain a database of brand standards to ensure that external partners represent the SCARPA brand correctly.
Work with marketing team to storyboard and ultimately design seasonal advertising campaigns.
Produce all print and web advertising artwork and ensure all materials are delivered on time. Design SCARPA free-merchandise and promotional materials and oversee delivery.
Facilitate the regular rotation of brand and product imagery on SCARPA website so as to align with marketing campaigns and promotional calendar.
Assist the Direct Sales team with biannual seasonal product upload and content management.
Perform regular website maintenance to ensure that all digital assets, product pages, P2P links are up to date and functioning correctly.
Internal: SNA marketing staff, SCARPA Italy marketing staff, SNA sales staff, SNA accounting staff, SNA executive team, SNA distribution center, and SNA operations staff
External: Website development team, Photographers, trade show vendors, print vendors, promotional vendors, media, SNA PR team, SNA athletes, event organizers, sales reps, end consumers, professional/institutional customers, and the SNA dealer network
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.F.A / B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university and three years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES or KNOWLEDGE
Adobe Creative Suite CS6 or newer (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Project management software
Mac based programs
Preferred participation and experience in backcountry skiing, climbing, trail running or other mountain related sport
Valid passport & drivers license
Business office, distribution center, trade show environments, and indoor/outdoor event facilities.
Must be willing to work days that exceed standard business hours and weeks that exceed 40 hours including multiday travel over weekends.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
