Mission - Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Manager for Native Eyewear will plan, coordinate, and manage the successful execution of all marketing initiatives, including developing strategies, assigning tasks, managing projects, coordinating resources, and reporting.
Collaboratively plan, develop, coordinate and deliver marketing and promotion-related materials to meet strategic marketing objectives and goals of the marketing department.
Projects include planning, managing, and supporting the execution of creative, public relations, paid media, e-commerce/website development, retail marketing, digital marketing, social media, sponsorship's, team management, trade-shows, events, promotional items, budget/billing, and other projects as needed.
Project deliverable's include, but are not limited to, advertisements, online banners, custom retail activation's, eCommerce/website content, promotional events and materials, signage, branding materials, giveaways, coupons, contests, blog entries, email content/support, vendor/retail promotions, sponsorship support, large and small scale event planning and support, training initiatives, direct mail, marketing analysis, strategic planning, copy-writing/editing, etc.
Coordination and collaboration with key project members such as Native sales, web sales, product development, IT, warranty, and purchasing team members, contracted team members including, brand agency, graphic designer(s), media buyer, social media agency, PR agency, email designer, and digital/paid search agency, as well as all vendors and sales representatives.
Manages projects that are complex, fast-paced and deadline driven and may have multiple deliverable's and deadlines per project initiative.
Will also serve as a project lead, team member, or individually on special projects and company initiatives as needed
Manages Marketing Coordinator position and assigns, recommends, and supports on retail marketing, social media, athlete/ambassador team management projects.
Responsible for creating, recommending, and contributing to Native’s marketing strategies, tactics, budgets, and timelines. Upon project execution, he/she determines the distribution of budget to tactical projects and promotional campaigns and is accountable for meeting budgets, goals, and deadlines for projects.
Support sales team by attending all large national tradeshows and sales conferences

Experience defining and managing complex, detail-oriented projects
Skill Set Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, management or related field of study
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, promotion/event management, and/or relationship/account management in a related field
MUST have strong project management experience in a related field
Experience working and collaborating with graphic designer(s), programmers, web designers, and event managers
Positive attitude and willingness to take on and seek new projects
Excel in fast-paced evolving work environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced use of Microsoft Windows suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
